Yes. You can upgrade at any time, we'll reconfigure your agent and update billing from the next cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing month. There's no penalty for changing tiers.
We'll let you know before it becomes an issue. If your clinic grows past your tier's service limit, we'll recommend an upgrade. We won't cut off your service mid-month, we'll have a conversation first.
The $500 setup fee covers the work to build, train, and configure your AI voice agent, and it is waived entirely when you commit to your first 3 months. If you decide not to go live after setup is complete, the fee is non-refundable. However, if we can't get the agent working to your satisfaction during the test phase, we'll make it right.
Monthly subscription billed on the same date each month. The $500 setup fee is charged once, with your first monthly invoice, unless waived by a 3-month commitment. We take card or bank payment through our secure payment provider, billed monthly. You'll receive a receipt for every payment.
Every call is logged and transcribed. If a booking error occurs, we'll identify the cause and fix the agent's logic at no cost. Systematic errors are on us, we monitor performance continuously and flag issues before you do.

The base plan is $397/month, plus $97/month per practitioner, so a solo practitioner is $494/month. SMS and website-chat booking included. Anything above 15 practitioners is custom pricing, book a call for your rate. The optional growth package (automated Google reviews and old-patient reactivation) is $197/month flat. Most clinics find it pays for itself with just a few recovered after-hours bookings per month. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Yes. We're a Canadian company. Your dashboard records are stored in Canada (Montréal), encrypted in transit and at rest, and calls are processed by our US voice provider under contract. Access is limited to what's needed to book the appointment, we never sell or share patient information. Call transcripts are used only to improve your own clinic's AI agent, never another clinic's. We operate under PIPEDA, and as a service provider to your clinic under your provincial health privacy law, including PHIPA in Ontario and PIPA in British Columbia. Ask us for our written Security & Privacy Overview and we'll send it, including every provider that touches your data and where.
Bookings follow your clinic's rules, services, durations, practitioners, and availability come straight from your schedule, so the AI can't book something that doesn't exist. You also get a log of every call and booking, and anything can be adjusted in Jane App just like a normal appointment.
