We'll let you know before it becomes an issue. If your clinic grows past your tier's service limit, we'll recommend an upgrade. We won't cut off your service mid-month, we'll have a conversation first.
The setup fee covers the work to build, train, and configure your AI voice agent. If you decide not to go live after setup is complete, the fee is non-refundable. However, if we can't get the agent working to your satisfaction during the test phase, we'll make it right.
Monthly subscription billed on the same date each month. Setup fee is charged once at the start. We accept credit card, EFT, and invoice for annual plans. You'll receive a receipt for every payment.
